Spezification of Terms of Reference for a National Irrigation Information System.

For the management of large scale irrigation systems in the Mekong delta, a national irrigation information system shall be established. The creation of a joint working group embracing all stakeholders should create the necessary ownership and should help defining the system.

Geo-solutions developed the terms of reference for the stage 1 (needs assessment), stage 2 (joint working group) and stage 3 (development of the system).
